Puppy Dog (1)
1st Mrs J Barnett’s Hightimbers Sixpence
6 month old b/g dog, a bouncy roly-poly youngster. Not an easy puppy to show, but his lady owner worked hard to get the best out of him. Well grown with good bone and correct top line. Correct jaw, mid brown eyes, slightly low ear placement which may or may not improve when the head develops. Good condition, and friendly temperament, - possibly, a bright future although not for the faint hearted. BP &BD.

Post Graduate Bitch (2))

1st White and Whitmore’s Driftingsky Mist.
B/G 2 year old bitch. Sweet head with kind expression, correct jaw, and good ear placement. Small and neat although a little narrow in front. Moved well when that nose was not on the ground, especially hard today being fourth in the ring today with treats everywhere. Happy disposition. I still feel this girl needs to mature. RBB

2nd Mrs A Travis’s Berkenbos Annvads Choice
Black 5 year old bitch. Super outline, but narrow throughout. Kind face with good correct jaw, medium brown eyes and good ears. Light on bone, with rather high flying tail – although her movement was excellent, and she did cover the ground with both elegance and drive. Felt this one could go all day. Well handled by experienced owner.

Open Bitch (3)

1st Mrs. A Travis’s Annvad Carefree Princess
9 year old blonde bitch. I have always admired this bitch and today was no exception. Enjoyed being gone over. Lovely kind head and expression, correct jaw, dark eyes, good ears. Deep chest, and level topline, balanced throughout. She moved adequately today, and with her good coat and attractive shading, graceful tail set - a class act, yet again. BB and BOB

2nd L.White and E.Whitmore’s Tyehelva Super Summer of Driftingsky
B/G 5 year old bitch with a typical head, mid brown eyes, a correct jaw and neatly placed ears. She is nicely marked, it makes such a difference to have just the correct amount of gold eye spots and body markings. Her topline and tail carriage were correct on the move, but she didn’t quite match the elegance of my winner, and, to be honest, was carrying just a little too much weight.
